We want you to love your order, but we understand that plans can change. Because our products are custom-made and printed specifically for you, we have a tailored cancellation policy.

You can cancel your order and receive a full refund at any time before your items go into production. Once our team begins crafting your bespoke product, the order is locked in, and we can no longer stop the shipment or issue a refund.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?

Yes, but only if it hasn’t started production yet. Because every single item we sell is custom-printed and tailor-made to your exact specifications, we cannot cancel or refund orders once the manufacturing process begins. If you need to cancel, please Contact Customer Support immediately.

What if my order is already in production?

Once an order moves into the production stage, we are unable to cancel it or issue a refund. At this point, the raw materials have already been custom-allocated and printed for your bespoke commission.

Can I return my items for a change of mind?

No. Under UK and European consumer laws (including the Consumer Contracts Regulations), the standard 14-day right to return does not apply to tailor-made, personalised, or custom bespoke goods. Because your items are created unique to your order, they cannot be resold. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges if you simply change your mind.

What happens if my custom item arrives damaged or defective?

Your consumer rights are fully protected if something goes wrong. While we cannot accept returns for a change of mind, we will gladly replace or refund any product that arrives defective, damaged, or misprinted. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out to us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the defect, and we will make it right.

We operate through production facilities in the UK, US, and mainland Europe, and we also partner with over 70 specialised manufacturing hubs across more than 10 countries. This allows us to route your order to the closest print facility to your location, cutting down on both shipping times and carbon emissions!

Where do you ship to?

We offer global shipping coverage and can deliver to almost any country across the globe. Please note that a select number of US-specific products cannot be shipped internationally; if an item has any delivery restrictions, it will be clearly flagged on its product page before you check out.

What shipping options do you offer?

We offer three clear tiers of delivery so you can choose the speed and price that best fits your needs.

• Budget: Our most cost-effective option. It features slightly slower delivery speeds and is typically sent via untracked mail. Note: All US orders are fully tracked, even on the Budget tier.

• Standard: Our default dependable option. Depending on your country and destination, Standard shipping may be tracked or untracked.

• Express: Our premium, high-speed courier service designed for time-sensitive orders. Express shipping includes complete end-to-end tracking and is available on selected products.

• Bestselling Wall Art & Global Items: These fast-moving favourites are typically dispatched within 24 to 48 hours, seamlessly operating across global time zones to get to you faster.

Why hasn’t my order arrived yet?

Every order displays an estimated delivery window when you buy. However, unexpected real-world delays can occasionally happen. Common reasons for shipping delays include:
