All items are made to order through a print-on-demand service, specifically customised for your order. Due to the custom nature of these products, we do not accept returns or offer exchanges. Please ensure you review your order carefully before purchasing. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 14 days of receipt, and we will arrange for a replacement.

Delivery times are as follows:
UK customers: Orders are custom printed and shipped with an estimated delivery time of 5-7 business days.
European customers: Orders are custom printed and shipped with an estimated delivery time of 5-11 business days.
U.S. and rest of world customer: Orders are custom printed with an estimated delivery time of 6-12 business days.
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details and ensuring that your country's customs regulations are adhered to. Delivery costs, taxes, and potential customs fees are outlined at checkout and are non-refundable once your order has been placed.
